file upload space

We are at 97% capacity of the file upload space (19864 Kb used of
20480 Kb total). Please clean out any cruft you don't need (not to
necessarily presume future use of the space is better than current
use of the space, but if there is cruft up there, now would
be a great time to clean it up).

I went in to delete a few stamps I had posted a while back, but don't
seem to have the option to delete.
